Again, we are disputing this charge as we no nothing about it. why does Dkrental wait 3 weeks to inform
us of this. They should have been there the day we checked out. Again, we are disputing this, and nothing has been done. i was told you were going to contact us and still waiting for a response.
What are we doing about this disagreement. If not, let's take this to court. DK rental is not being
fair about this. And this charge is not a rent recovery.

Please find the move-out isnpectio0n attached, we are just charging for the cleaning, and they refused to pay, also they didn´t renew the Rhino policy so we couldn´t submit a claim

Good day,
Please find move in inspection attached. All the following items were present when we moved in. The wall mount was present when moved in, it does not belong to us. In addition, management was changed between us moving in and moving out. Please refer to the move in inspection link as well for legitimate purposes. The stains on the ceiling were due to a roof leak that was reported and never addressed. Link is below to the move in inspection.
Refusal of payment is due to illegitimate charges. There was no damages aside from the soap holder in which, Dkrental was provided a new soap holder. Lastly, We were not told nor informed of the need renewal of Rhino when we onboarded in 2022 as well as when we renewed the lease in 2023.

Tony, I will deal with you directly. I provided proof that the charges are illegitimate. All the items dkrental is stating, have been proved to be present when moving in. I showed pictures of when I moved out. Dkrental was not present and had me place the key on the side of the house. All liability was released from that moment. I refuse to pay for those items when I never made those marks. You can see from the pictures, the condition of the house when I moved in. This is a dispute for charges.
